> Øyvind Martinsen, Photographer, explorer, and writer: : Øyvind Martinsen is a Norwegian photographer with the world as a work field. His home base is in Rygge, 60 kilometers south of Oslo, the capital of Norway. At his base, Center for Nature Photography, Øyvind does research, teach on photoworkshops, write books and articles, prepare fine art prints, prepare images for licensing,and prepare for his assignments and fieldwork around the world. Øyvind work and connect with the natural world, wildlife, landscapes, and people in their natural environment. Øyvind's skills as a climber, trekker, and paddler has brought him to many corners of the world; cities, the high Himalayas, the mountains of Peru and Patagonia, the Canadian tundra and Alaskan wilderness, high up steep walls in the Norwegian mountains and the European alps, to South Africa, up north to Svalbard and the arctic, and also deep in the rainforests of Panama. In all these locations Øyvind brings with him his vision of creating photographs with a personal expression. In 2010 Øyvind was one of the winners in the international photo competition Glanzlichter, where he won the prize HIGHLIGHT.

> Zizza Gordon, Creative director: Zizza Gordon is Øyvind Martinsen’s wife and businesspartner. She works with Øyvind on his many field trips around the world. She also works with graphic design on Øyvinds books and articles. She does research, and work as a co-instructor on workshops, and with other studio works. Zizza has studied 5 years at the University of Panama, and has obtained the Graphic design license. The studies included painting, photography, creative art, and computer design programs. Before joining Øyvind Martinsen and M-Art, she worked for the Elite Magazine published by Club Union in Panama. She was responsible for the graphic design and the graphic production of the magazine. Earlier she worked as a graphic designer for Sam Panama in Colon, with responsibility for the graphic designs on backpacks and school articles. Her experience does not stop there. She also designed architectual models at the Maquetas s.a. in Panama, and did recycling of paper and worked with dry flower art.
